Not every client needs advice. Some know which provider they want — or which category of provider — and need a reliable introduction to the right contact and a steer on the commercial terms.
Where a client needs a provider rather than advice, we make the introduction. Any commission or referral arrangement we hold with that provider is declared to the client before the introduction is made. The recommendation is what we believe is right for the client, and the referral arrangement does not change that.
We maintain relationships with acquirers, gateways, processors, sponsor banks, cash-in-transit providers and specialist technology firms across the payments stack. Where we can match a client to the right contact and help them enter the conversation on better terms, we do.
For providers looking to work with us, the arrangement is straightforward: we introduce businesses we believe are a genuine fit, we are transparent with the client about the relationship, and we do not introduce a provider to a client where we do not believe the fit is there.
The first conversation takes half an hour, costs nothing and commits you to nothing. If there is nothing here for you, we will say so.
